This video is specifically designed to put you to bed gently and send you in to the deepest of sleep 😴 We used various shades of blue 🔵 because research shows that blue light can generate feelings of relaxation, friendliness, and security. Seeing the color causes the brain to release chemicals calming chemicals ✨🧠✨ and can aid in sending you in to a soothing sleep 💤
We also ONLY use our 4 lowest frequency crystal singing bowls 🥣🎶 because of their angelic, smooth and calming sound 👼. We played and audio mixed the bowls to have a largely consistent volume and speed of play to prevent any sudden moments of loud 💥 or quiet 🤫 that could bring you back in to a more conscious state 🚫😳
To further ensure sending you off to a blissful slumber, we've edited the video so that it slowly but surly gets darker and darker over time 🌅➡🌌. You won't notice it while watching but by the end it's completely black so that when the video stops, you're not awakened by the sudden change in light 💡 Similarly, the sound level is gradually reduced so that the crystal bowls taper off in to nothing slowly over time. It's virtually imperceptible but it makes sure that when it's over, you aren't alerted by the change in audio level 🔊➡🔉➡🔉➡🔇➡🛌
